ITS World Congress 2015, the world’s largest event in intelligent transport systems, took place in Bordeaux, France, from 5 – 9 October.

Working with the organisers to deliver the largest and most successful ITS Congress to date, our team provided full congress management services, from marketing to logistics, as well as programme support.

During the event, sustainable driverless  shuttles (pictured) connected the two main venues, shuttling 11,000 attendees from all over the world between innovative sessions around the main theme “Towards Intelligent Mobility – Better Use of Space.”

The event was a huge success and engaged today’s leaders and young, tech-savvy talent in tomorrow’s key mobility challenges – from intelligent cities to intelligent transport, satellites, cars and apps.

This is the third ITS event organised by the MCI team, and we’re looking forward to working with organisers on the 2016 and 2017 European congresses as well as the next World Congresses, which will be held in Melbourne in 2016 and Copenhagen in 2018.

And look out for future posts on our ‘techie’ events. There’s more to come!
